Trial Attorney Job Description:

- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Argue hearings remotely and in court
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for trial and participate actively
- Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence
- Draft mediation briefs and negotiate settlements
- Regular client communication
- Assist in managing litigation assistants and paralegals

Requirements:

- JD and admission to California bar
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Well-organized, resourceful, and persistent
- Civil litigation or personal injury experience preferred

Salary Range: $100K-200K Plus Bonus
Type of Position: Full Time
Location: Fully Remote and Hybrid Positions Available
