They are currently seeking an exceptional lawyer to support Ads product development and commercial negotiations in ad sales, with a focus on AdTech, consumer protection, and privacy and data issues. This role requires a minimum of five years of legal experience with product counseling experience and a . and license to practice law in at least one . state. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional global stakeholders, including tax, finance, accounting, policy, and communications, to strategically advise on issues such as intellectual property, privacy, content regulation, consumer protection, and advertising. They will also provide legal advice to teams from the initial stages of product development to launch and from pitching ad clients to campaign flight. The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners. Excellent business judgment, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear and simple advice for non-legal colleagues are also essential. For this role, the base salary range is between USD$178,000 to USD$220,000 per year, depending on the location. Employees will also be eligible for Uber's bonus program and may be offered equity awards and other types of compensation. Various benefits are also available for all US locations.
