Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel in areas such as health law, compliance, transactions, HIPAA/privacy, employment law, contracts, real estate, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Develop and implement compliance program, including policies and procedures, administration, and monitoring.
- Analyze business initiatives and advise on commercial terms and applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including master and customer service contracts, supply agreements, consulting contracts, confidentiality agreements, and more.
- Manage contracts workflow and prioritize based on company objectives.
- Serve as internal point of contact for document management.
- Advise on interpretation of legal documents and research state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist with compliance matters and development of policies and employee training.
- Stay informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory, compliance, and contracting.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare risk management, contract drafting and negotiation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Proactive in identifying and communicating issues and risks.
- Sound business judgment and strategic thinking.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and management.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
