The Geller Law Group, a well-respected and established law firm in Northern Virginia, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is detail and deadline oriented and able to work independently. If you have a Virginia law license and 1-5 years of family law experience, we encourage you to apply for this hybrid, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings
- Supervise work performed by paralegals
- Familiarity with the courts of Northern Virginia
- Ability to manage changing deadlines, client demands, work for multiple partners, and multiple cases

Key Requirements:

- 1-5 years of family law experience (Civil litigation experience will be considered for less experienced applicants)
- Must have a VA law license, DC and/or Maryland is a bonus
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management, planning and organization skills

- Experience working remotely and familiar with the technologies involved in a hybrid environment
- Ability to balance multiple client matters and understand the importance of deadlines

Salary Information: Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
