A law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney for its Franklin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to practice improvement. The Litigation Family Law Attorney will oversee family law cases from start to finish, ensuring top-notch service to clients and offering recommendations for practice enhancement. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate, have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and preferably have experience as 1st chair in family law cases.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases throughout their progression
• Deliver superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Offer recommendations for practice improvement to practice managers
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics using practice quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Preferably have 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technical programs and software

Experience:

3-6 years of litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
