The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the firm's legal team, focusing on franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements on both domestic and international scales.

Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, providing counsel on dispute resolution, and offering regulatory advice for franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in international licensing or franchising being a valuable asset.

Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements related to global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide counsel on dispute resolution matters within franchise and supply network relationships.
• Offer regulatory advice to ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure business objectives are met.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in relevant areas of law affecting franchise and supply chain arrangements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements within the legal field.
• Expertise in counseling on dispute resolution and providing regulatory advice for franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• High academic achievement, with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Prior experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in a law firm environment.
