Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters.
• Conduct research and analysis on tax, securities, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including employment agreements, equity compensation, and benefit plans.
• Assist with negotiations and transactions involving executive compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and departments to address client needs effectively.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends in executive compensation and benefits law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law.
• Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits laws.
• Experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
