Law Firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the practice of education law. We are looking for candidates who have prior experience conducting workplace investigations, public sector law, or labor/employment. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases, develop your skills, and contribute to our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
- Research and analyze legal issues related to education law
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
- Stay updated on changes in education law and regulations

Requirements:
- Admitted to the California State Bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting workplace investigations
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of education law
- Familiarity with Title IX and public sector/education law preferred
