Our law firm, O’Reilly Rancilio, is currently seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. With over five years of experience in litigation and a passion for continuing to practice in this area, our ideal candidate will bring a strong set of skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.

As a Litigation Attorney at O’Reilly Rancilio, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. You will be responsible for conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings and motions, defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for testimony. You will also have the opportunity to participate in settlement conferences and negotiations and gain experience with trial preparation.
