Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances and may not necessarily be at the top of the range. Position Summary: - Exciting opportunity for a Tax Senior to join the largest growth area in the tax industry and serve the largest clients in partnership taxation. - Develop and thrive in the most strategic part of the tax practice. - Mentor and lead teams while advising on important tax and business issues. Responsibilities: - Perform detailed reviews of tax research, partnership work papers, allocations, and tax filings. - Coordinate and communicate with client contacts to gather information for tax returns. - Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced-level tax staff. - Prepare and lead client meetings on compliance and advisory projects. - Manage client relationships by delivering tax advisory services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field. - Licensed CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor (CFA) or certified financial planner (CFP). - Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week. - Willingness to travel up to 25% based on the work and clients served.
