The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust investigations, particularly with the FTC, DOJ, and State AG. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on complex litigations, particularly in federal courts.
  • Offer client counseling on antitrust issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of transactional antitrust experience in a private firm or government agency.
  • Experience with antitrust investigations, deal counseling, and merger investigations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:
