Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance review and tax return signoff at Partner level
- Client consultations on planning opportunities and changes in tax law
- Proposals and new business development
- Client relationship building and expanding services
- Supervising engagements and projects
- Training and evaluating staff
- Staying up-to-date on tax issues and business trends

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CPA or JD
- 10+ years of tax experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Master's degree and experience acquiring new clients preferred
- Experience with venture capital and private equity funds highly preferred

working on proposals and assisting in developing new business

meeting prospective clients and developing relationships with new and existing clients

overseeing all aspects of the client engagement

supervising, training and evaluating advanced level staff

coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax function

maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the client

basic qualifications:
