Position Summary:
- Lead a team of attorneys, investigators, legal administrative assistants, and support staff in conducting investigations and prosecuting disciplinary proceedings against lawyers
- Support the BBO's mission to protect the public and uphold the integrity of the bar
- Establish strategic and operational plans for the legal team
- Direct staff in investigations and prosecutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards of integrity
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including performance assessments
- Conduct legal research and contribute to the development of policies and procedures for attorney discipline
- Represent OBC in interactions with stakeholders and participate in bar association and legal education programs
- Collaborate with BBO on administrative functions for OBC

Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctorate and admission to practice in good standing in Massachusetts
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with some significant portion as a member of a state bar
- Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and embrace technology
