As a Senior Manager in our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on their tax obligations and provide strategic consulting related to business analysis, indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions. This role will also involve assisting clients with financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation, and advisory services.

Job Description:
In this role as Senior Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include encouraging all team members to have a voice and invite opinions, dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems, initiating open and candid coaching conversations, and anticipating stakeholder needs. You will also contribute technical knowledge in your area of expertise and promote an environment where people and technology thrive together. Other responsibilities include navigating diverse teams and engagements, leading open conversations to build trust, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Other business related fields may be considered, such as Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Management, or Quantitative Finance. You must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles and hold a CPA or Bar membership.

Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with intimate knowledge and success in roles involving the tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and/or other private partnerships. You should also have experience interpreting and applying relevant sections of the US Tax Code, consulting and modeling pre- and post-IPOs, and consulting and modeling with respect to M&A and equity transactions. Other preferred qualifications include experience in marketing and business development, managing tax returns, and collaborating across disciplines to design and implement systems and process enhancements.
