As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and guidance to the organization, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects, including renewable energy facilities, M&A transactions, and compliance matters. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and oversight on a wide range of issues facing the company - Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, LOIs, and master service agreements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management - Work on legal aspects of transactional matters with business partners - Help shape the company's policies and best practices - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations - Facilitate and support Brightmark's growth and expansion Requirements: - 4+ years of related legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting - . from a .
