Transactional Associate – San Diego
Klinedinst Law Firm is seeking a driven and experienced Transactional Associate to join our growing team in San Diego. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in corporate, M&A, and general transactional legal matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. While experience in this field is preferred, a strong desire to learn and excel is the most important quality we are looking for. Familiarity with working with SaaS and software companies is a plus, but not required. Remote working arrangements may also be available for the right candidate.

As a Transactional Associate at Klinedinst, you will have the opportunity to work directly with business teams, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance and counsel on a variety of legal topics. You will also have the chance to supervise and work with outside counsel on specific matters. Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracts and collaborate with business teams throughout the process
Analyze, review, and draft contracts, discussing issues and priorities with corporate leadership
Supervise and work with outside counsel, when appropriate
Provide guidance and counsel on various legal topics, with a focus on contracts and M&A
Participate in a supportive and collaborative team environment
Pay range: $125,000-150,000 per year (depends on experience)

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in corporate, M&A, or general transactional legal matters
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
