## Real Estate Attorney at Drummond Woodsum Law Firm

Drummond Woodsum is seeking an experienced attorney to join its longstanding real estate practice at its Portland, Maine office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of prior experience and a strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Maine bar admission is strongly preferred.

### Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice on a range of real estate matters
- Draft and review contracts
- Conduct due diligence
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and work well on a team
