This role will support Gilead's strategic transactions and Corporate Development and Alliance Management groups, including cell therapy transactions for Kite, a Gilead Company. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration, and other strategic transaction agreements for biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on cell therapy.
