Junior to Mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate
The candidate must have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering and industry experience and superb writing and communication skills. Should ideally have 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Should preferably have experience in either: patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; and/or data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged; and/or machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security. JD and admission to the USPTO are required.
