Practice Area: Health Care Litigation and Disputes

Our Health Care Litigation and Disputes practice area, which covers HC, PP&GI, is well-respected and highly regarded in the legal community. We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in health care litigation, medical malpractice defense, or other relevant litigation experience.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court practice and procedure
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution
- Substantive experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, licensing inquiries, medical staff and hospital issues, or payor reimbursement is a plus

Academic Achievement and Law Firm Experience Required
