The Orange County office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is looking for a talented and experienced staff attorney to join our Class Action & Appellate Litigation practice group. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Job Title: Staff Attorney
Experience: 2-5 years of litigation experience
Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 annually
Location: Orange County, California

Responsibilities and Duties
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Prepare document productions in product defense matters
- Assist with class action and appellate litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Attend hearings and depositions as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in California
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
