Washington, . office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level to senior debt finance associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the growth of special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices, each of which is one of the most strategically important practices of the Firm. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar. Should have substantive experience with a wide range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, and general corporate finance matters. Prior experience as a key member of deal teams is preferred, including having taken responsibility for running signings and closings, taking "the pen" on first drafts of debt commitment papers and credit documentation, etc. Exposure to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and/or private equity-related corporate finance transactions is helpful.
