Associate General Counsel- Commercial Lending Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Title: Associate General Counsel- Commercial Lending Experience: 5-10 years of related experience in commercial loan documentation Location: Austin, Texas Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal support for a suite of commercial technology systems, including loan application and documentation, cash management services, and online platforms. You will also be responsible for records management, data privacy programs, and managing internal due diligence processes. Additionally, you will provide support to the attorney supporting the bank's commercial credit department.
