Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia

  • Admission to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, or willingness to become admitted
  • Strong understanding of Maryland and District of Columbia Workers' Compensation laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, or eligibility for admission by waiver
