General Civil Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 0-4 years of experience. Should preferably have experience drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, preparing for depositions, and trial/arbitration preparation. Requirements include a high level of academic achievement, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, and law firm experience with billable hour requirements. Law journal, moot court or mock trial experience preferred. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
