Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior litigation attorney with 10 years of experience. The candidate will personally handle a file load of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Will have extensive client interaction including intake and subsequent communications. Prepare demands and negotiate successful resolutions on behalf of clients. Attend and advocate for clients at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Independently research, interpret, and apply legal principles in the context of motion practice and litigation. Attend and participate in weekly team meetings relating to the evaluation and advancement of injury and malpractice cases. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys in litigating complex medical negligence and serious injury cases. Active involvement in all phases of client representation from intake, initial office conferences, case development, demand, negotiation, and resolution. Must have extensive experience in medical malpractice litigation. Should have extensive experience in serious injury litigation. Extensive experience in complex litigation is required. Must be Fully licensed to practice law in Rhode Island. Licensing in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut is a plus.
