Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel for day-to-day cybersecurity and fraud incident management, working closely with senior attorneys and leveraging a privacy mindset.
- Assist with enhancing and automating Intuit's processes for tracking, reporting, and gaining insights from security incidents.
- Support the maturation and development of Intuit's Data Governance, with a focus on data retention and deletion across the company.

Qualifications:
- Eligible to practice law in the state where the role is located.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and data management from a major law firm, public technology/financial services company, or government unit.
- Familiarity with US and EU privacy notification and data protection frameworks.
- Demonstrable ability to work across teams and communicate effectively.
- Team mentality and ability to respond quickly to urgent matters in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Information security or other relevant technology background.
- CIPP or CIPT certifications are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with leading cybersecurity and data management frameworks, such as CIS Framework, PCI DSS, and NIST CSF.

Salary Information:
- Expected base pay range: $161,500 - $233,500, depending on location (New York, Bay Area California, or Southern California).
- Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
- Regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to ensure pay equity for employees.
