The Law Firm of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy & Pinkney LLP (SBEMP) is currently seeking an experienced Business and Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Orange County and Palm Springs. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, and offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and provide legal support to nationally recognized entities. Overview of the Position: As a Business and Estate Planning Attorney at SBEMP, you will have the chance to work on a variety of legal matters and interact with high-profile clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the formation of business entities, providing corporate governance and tax advice, developing business succession plans, and handling mergers and acquisitions. You will also be responsible for estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, as well as probate and trust administration. A LLM in tax and/or a modest book of business is preferred for this position. Job Type and Salary Information: This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
