- Strong legal knowledge and excellent research and writing skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Client service oriented with exceptional decision-making and project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed to practice law in Virginia and have a law degree from an accredited law school, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or clerkship. Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are also essential.
