Job Description: As a Fair Lending Attorney at Bank of America, you will be a part of the Fair and Responsible Banking legal team. In this role, you will provide legal support for fair lending and banking/anti-discrimination, UDAAP, and/or Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements across the organization. Your responsibilities will include interpreting laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating risk, and supporting the company's responses to government agency examinations and investigations. Required Skills: • Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in at least one state where Bank of America operates • 5 or more years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, government agency, or in-house environment • Knowledge of anti-discrimination and consumer protection laws and regulations, including federal/state/local fair lending & banking laws and/or UDAAP/UDAP laws Desired Skills: • Experience working in a government regulatory or enforcement agency • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with high-level business leaders • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide practical solutions • Ability to work collaboratively with other legal and compliance professionals • Strong attention to detail and project management skills • Self-starter with a strong work ethic • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering quality services • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Experience with federal administrative rulemaking processes, fair housing complaints, statistical analysis, and banking regulator examinations Education Requirement: Juris Doctor Schedule: 1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week Travel: 5% of the time As a Fair Lending Attorney at Bank of America, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow your career.
