Tax Senior Manager - Financial Services/Asset Management:

- Full-time position with competitive benefits and compensation package
- Responsible for managing and leading complex engagements with Asset Management clients
- Focus on providing high-quality tax advice and expanding services to clients
- Train, develop, mentor, and coach employees while providing performance feedback
- Communicate complex tax issues in a non-technical manner to clients and service teams
- Drive growth and profitability for the Asset Management practice by generating new revenue and identifying new clients
- Serve as a Tax client service coordinator and develop and execute the firm's client service plan
- Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services and stay up-to-date on current tax practices and law changes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 8+ years of experience in business taxation, preferably with a Big 4 or large accounting firm
- Active CPA, JD/LLM, or EA certification required
- Extensive experience in tax compliance and consulting for Asset Management clients
- Strong working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
- Ability to manage and grow a book of business
- Masters of Accounting, Masters of Taxation, or MBA preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and extending service opportunities
