This role involves managing a broad-based book of transactional work and working directly with senior partners to help continue the expansion of the firm’s transactional practice.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a broad range of corporate, business, and commercial transactional matters
- Work on sophisticated M&A and other business transactions for private companies
- Demonstrate an aptitude for business development
- Possess a good understanding of general corporate and commercial law
- Provide superior client service and satisfaction
- Experience with nonprofit law and nonprofit formations, as well as franchise law (preferred, not required)

**Compensation:**
