The Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions (PARS) practice at PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team. Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with other business related fields also considered.
- 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on partnership structures and related transactions.
- CPA or member of the bar certification required.
- Knowledge of relevant sections of the US Tax Code and associated regulations.
- Experience with consulting and modeling for IPOs and M&A transactions.
- Ability to review and reconcile multiple information to calculate partnership allocations.
- Experience managing the process for and reviewing federal and state tax returns.
- Strong report-writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal staff and management.
- Familiarity with a CRM system preferred.
- Ability to lead teams and develop relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with pricing tools and alternative fee arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues related to tax services.
- Provide specialized tax consulting and compliance related to partnership structures and related transactions for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and/or other private partnerships.
- Prepare Form 1065 and K-1, create and leverage complex spreadsheets and data analytic tools.
- Identify and address client needs, actively participate in client discussions and meetings, and communicate a broad range of Firm services.
- Lead teams, develop a vision and establish direction, and motivate members to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a business advisor, developing new relationships and making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Utilize automation and digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
- Advance pricing strategy through the use of pricing tools and influence a shift to alternative fee arrangements.

Salary Information:
- Salary range for this position is $130,000-$200,000, with the possibility of bonuses and other benefits.
- Salaries may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
