Duties:

  • Assist supervising attorney in the management of family law cases
  • Prepare letters, pleadings, declarations, lodgments, attachments to subpoenas, financial disclosures, mediation, and trial briefs

  • Conduct telephone and email contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

Education:
