Overview:

- The Senior Attorney will be responsible for advocating for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida's abused, abandoned, and neglected children

Responsibilities:

- As a Senior Attorney with Children's Legal Services, you will have primary responsibility for multiple cases and must ensure legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children
- You will collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence and prepare partners to serve as witnesses at trial
- Advocacy for children will be done through best practice litigation techniques, with a focus on leading the nation in dependency advocacy
