- Experience in sanctions and export controls practice areas
- Citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions

Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate impact to Microsoft
- Develop and execute external engagement strategies
- Counsel key stakeholders on trade-related legal and regulatory developments
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance
- Act as legal advisor to senior level clients and colleagues
- Proactively engage in external outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with internal groups and maintain confidentiality
