Job Description:

- The Proactive Risk Engagement (PRE) team within Microsoft's CELA Compliance & Ethics (C&E) organization plays a key role in supporting the company's mission by fostering a culture of compliance, ethics, and trust.
- PRE brings together legal professionals, compliance experts, and data analysts to put compliance on a proactive footing.
- The team works across the company to understand critical risks, design and implement resilient controls and monitoring systems, support investigations, and advise on sales channels, incentive programs, and complex transactions.
- The team takes a cross-disciplinary, collaborative approach to their work.
- Microsoft is looking for a like-minded legal professional to join the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) third-party compliance, counseling, and proactive risk assessment practice in the role of Proactive Risk Engagement Principal Corporate Counsel, Compliance and Ethics.

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree OR Completion of a Legal Apprenticeship.
