Salary Information:
The salary range for Sr. Trial Attorney is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills and education. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus plan.

- Demonstrates trial advocacy skills independently as lead counsel or as part of a team
- Utilizes technology and collaborates with support staff for efficient case management
- Stays updated on changes in law, technology, and procedural requirements
- Provides sound opinions on case valuations
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key associates and colleagues in the legal and insurance industries
- Communicates effectively with clients, claims, and internal team members
- Mentors junior attorneys and NTD staff
- May perform other assigned responsibilities

Reports to Managing Trial Attorney

License/Certification/Designation:
Active license in state of employment
