The Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt, a fast-growing and highly respected law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven associate litigation attorney to join our team. Our firm specializes in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Litigation, and Probate, with a strong focus on putting people first. As an associate litigation attorney, you will have immediate responsibility for cases and significant client contact. Our current attorneys, paralegals, and support staff will provide ongoing training and support, making this a collaborative position. We are looking for someone who is organized, emotionally intelligent, and can handle pressure with ease. Familiarity with technology and software such as Microsoft Office and Clio Manage is preferred, and two or more years of experience in litigation is required. Experience in trust and estate litigation is a plus, but not necessary. Applicants must be an active member of the California State Bar.

Responsibilities for this position include appearing in person and remotely for client hearings and meetings, taking ownership of assigned cases, effectively navigating the judicial process, and attending mediation and trials. You will also be responsible for taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and handling law and motion matters.
