We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong academic background and at least one year of patent prosecution experience. As a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney, you will work on a variety of patent prosecution matters, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, and providing technical support for patent litigation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and technologies, and you will be supported by a team of experienced attorneys. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our multiple offices, including New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Denver, Boise, Austin, and Chicago. We offer a full-time position and a competitive salary, with a compensation range of $225,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, paid holidays, and family care benefits. To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. An advanced degree and/or prior industry experience in these technologies is preferred. You must also be admitted to the USPTO.
