The Compliance Manager is a key role within Elevance Health, responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities. This full-time position offers a salary range of $89,460 to $127,800, with additional benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. The Compliance Manager will primarily work at Elevance Health locations but may also have the opportunity for remote work and a hybrid workplace model.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments related to compliance and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Develop project plans, conduct gap analysis, and provide updates to leadership.
- Stay current on laws and regulations and consult with clients as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct complex investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Interact with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders at a high level of management.

Requirements:

- degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy; or a combination of education and experience.
- Preferred skills include regulatory change management, legal training or experience with federal or state laws, and familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry laws.
- Strong writing skills and advanced degrees or professional designations are preferred.

- Salary range of $89,460 to $127,800, based on legitimate, non-discriminatory factors.
