Temporary Venture Partner
The candidate should have a . degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Must have 7+ years of corporate or transactional experience. Should ideally have strong experience representing startups and/or institutional investors in venture capital and emerging company transactions, mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, and general corporate governance, as well as experience triaging issues with specialists in tax, intellectual property, employment and other specialist areas. Experience in licensing and technology transactions and/or securities is a plus.
