Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence related to M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and restructurings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on M&A matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with client teams to develop and implement strategies for successful mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions.
  • Participate in negotiations, meetings, and communications with clients and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and restructurings.
  • Familiarity with securities issuances and venture capital/private equity financings is a plus.
  • Must hold a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Bar in the United States.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Bar in the United States.
