- General corporate law experience is a plus, but not required.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of financing and investment transactions, including acquisition finance and private equity backed deals.
- Experience representing borrowers, banks, and private credit lenders is preferred.
- The candidate should also have knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements, and UCC Article 9 matters.
- This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including lenders, borrowers, and sponsors.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and drafting skills.
- The candidate must be licensed or eligible to practice law in Virginia.
- The position is available in any of Hirschler's locations: Richmond, Tysons (DC), or Fredericksburg.
