Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney in real estate and finance matters to join its team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary experience in real estate acquisition and finance, commercial lending, commercial secured transactions, and real estate investment. Further, the candidate should have experience working with financial institutions and be ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate debt and security documents, purchase and sale agreements, and other contracts
Analyze title reports and conduct due diligence
Manage escrow closings
Represent clients in court in matters related to real estate and finance
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

Member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity
California State Bar license is a plus
Client base is preferred
Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all attorneys
Fully remote options may be considered

Compensation and Benefits:

Law Firm offers a competitive compensation package that includes an annual salary range of $175,000-$285,000 and the potential for performance bonuses based on established targets for billings, collections, and billed hours. Additionally, there may be discretionary bonus opportunities. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) plan, paid time off, and other benefits.
