## Executive Director, Senior Legal Counsel
Alcon is looking for a talented and experienced Executive Director, Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal support for the US Surgical Business and Global Surgical Franchise teams. In this role, the individual will act as a strategic legal partner, build relationships with senior business partners and senior management, represent Legal on respective teams, and assess, manage and monitor legal risks to the organization.

* 10 years of directly related experience
* Experience within the Medical Device industry
* Experience working as an in-house counsel
* Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Proven experience in advising on Legal and business risks as they arise within a regulated healthcare business
* Experience in leading the legal support of one or more key businesses
* Experience in the medical device or other life sciences industry is highly preferred
