Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will be responsible for providing legal expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as offering counseling and dispute resolution services. The role also involves providing regulatory advice and counsel related to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.

Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements about global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide expert counseling and dispute resolution services to address legal issues arising in franchise and supply network matters.
• Offer regulatory advice and counsel to ensure compliance with domestic and international legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global franchise and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a strong advantage.
• High level of academic achievement in law.
• Previous experience in a law firm setting is essential.
• Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in IL.
