Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and utilize trial skills to litigate cases to verdict
- Draft various legal documents and attend court events and appointments independently
- Supervise research projects and provide recommendations to clients on file-handling strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and business partners
- Effectively utilize support staff and adhere to best practices in file handling
- Utilize available technology and case management system
- Travel as needed for business purposes
- Provide advice and training to clients
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of prior litigation practice or legal experience
- Active license in good standing to practice law in relevant state(s)
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze legal issues and articulate position clearly
- Appreciation for delivering high-quality legal work
- Collaborative and committed to professional development
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
