The ideal candidate is an experienced Attorney with excellent writing and research skills, a strong academic background from an accredited law school, and the ability to take on significant responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and representation in a broad range of civil litigation matters
• Develop legal strategies for complex civil litigation matters
• Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and review relevant cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings and at depositions
• Negotiate settlements and agreements
• Maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation matters
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Ability to take on significant responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
