They will be responsible for policies such as Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Errors and Omissions, Insurance Company Professional Liability, and Fiduciary Liability. The ideal candidate should have experience in coverage analysis, setting reserves, and resolving claims according to Best Practices. Key responsibilities for this role include analyzing coverage, participating in mediations, drafting reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and monitoring legal spend. The basic qualifications for this position include a Juris Doctor degree, 5 or more years of experience in the legal area, and a legal practice experience in the insurance industry.
